Children often learn best through experience, play, creativity, and connection with others. Group experiences can help children build confidence, strengthen social skills, develop coping strategies, and foster meaningful peer connections in a supportive environment.
I periodically offer groups for children based on community interest and need. Topics may include emotional regulation, friendship skills, confidence building, anxiety management, and nature-based wellness.
Groups are designed to be engaging, supportive, and developmentally appropriate while helping children build confidence and emotional well-being.
Groups are typically offered for children ages 7–12 and are organized by developmental stage and age.
Information about upcoming groups will be posted here. Future group topics may include:
⁓ Friendship Skills
⁓ Emotional Regulation
⁓ Confidence Building
⁓ Nature-Based Wellness
